It was a Sportswear Brand in Stardoll before StarPlaza even existed, I have descovered a glitch recently which allows you to purchase a Hola Girls Red Scarf!
1. Open the "Search" function in Starplaza
2. Search for red garmets
3. The scarf should be on page 15!
