Fab or Fugly?

Fakeshake3 has stunned us with her fashion choices of late, but with this recent experimental ensemble I just couldn't decide- Is it Fab or Fugly?
On one hand, it looks like Ellie's been playing dress-up in her jewellery box cracked-out. The whole outfit seems messy and tacky, the gold, glitter and diamonds are just screaming drag queen to me. This drag queen image is further highlighted with Ellie's tall, platinum, high hair and open mouth.
On the other hand, is this outfit secretly so brilliant and avant-garde? Is it the future vogue?
